Tasjima Tanette Neuman

Tasjima Tanette Neuman, 53, of Onawa, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Burgess Health Center, Onawa, Iowa.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Goslar Funeral Home and Monuments, Onawa, Iowa.

Tasjima Tanette was born October 16, 1972 in Sioux City, Iowa, to Jody Lowe and Norean (Barnes) Walz. She received her GED in Minnesota.

Tasjima and Richard George Neuman were united into marriage.

Tasjima enjoyed helping others clean their homes. She loved her cats, especially “Garfield”, and her Chihuahua, “Laura”, who were her babies. She also enjoyed visiting secondhand stores, collecting jewelry, listening to music, and watching TV.

Survivors include her mother, Norean Walz of Sauk Centre, Minnesota; three sisters and their families; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jody Lowe; and her husband, Richard George Neuman.
