A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Goslar Funeral Home Chapel, Onawa, Iowa, with Jack Gibler, officiating. Burial will follow in the Onawa Cemetery, with Military Honors provided by the United States Air Force and the David McNeill American Legion Post #129, Onawa, Iowa. A memorial ride to “Kimbo’s Bar”, Lilly Jacks Saloon in Castana, Iowa, will follow the committal service. All are welcome, “The more the merrier!” Arrangements are under the direction of Goslar Funeral Home and Monuments, Onawa, Iowa.

Steve was born in Onawa, Iowa to Dorothy and Charles McCullough, and passed in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles McCullough. He is survived by his sister Judy Blackman married to Jerry Blackman, life partner Toby McCullough, daughters Kate and Regina McCullough, and grandchildren Lillian McCullough, Aurora, Featherstone, Lyla Teeter, Thea Hookey, and Waylon Charles.
Steve was loved by everyone that ever met him.
He will be greatly missed and carried forever in our hearts.

Past services were held at Bradbury Memorial Center in Lake Havasu City on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 2:00P.M. and a memorial ride followed immediately after to Foxes Floating Bar in Parker, Arizona.
