Nicole Masters

Nicole Elizabeth Masters, 29, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, at her home.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Goslar Funeral Home and Monuments, Onawa, Iowa.

Nicole Elizabeth was born August 30, 1995, in Papillion, Nebraska, the daughter of John Masters and Kimberly (Hamlin) Michl. She graduated from Plattsmouth High School.

She enjoyed gaming, music, anime, and playing Dance Dance Revolution. Nicole loved being a cat mom, she adored all three of her cats.

Nicole will be missed by many, many people.  Her friends and family will miss her beautiful face, smile, and spirit.  She had a laugh that she hated but was uniquely hers and quirky just like her. 

She was engaged to be married to Cesar Martinez and had three cat "children".  They were her world.  She was looking forward to going to school for nursing.  She wanted to help people like the nurses who helped her while she was ill.  She is at peace now.  Goodbye beautiful Nicole.........we love and miss you.

Survivors include her mother, Kim (Matt) Michl; stepmother, Jody McClure; stepbrothers, Zach Michl, and Garth Michl; stepsister, Erin Olson; grandmother, Susan Taylor; fiancé, Cesar Martinez; uncles, Chris Hamlin, Matt (Marie) Masters, Dan Masters, Mark Masters, and Bart Masters; aunt, Ann Masters; and many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Masters; maternal grandfather, Duane Hamlin; and paternal grandparents, Bill and Linda Masters.
