Nancy Marie Allen

Nancy Marie Allen, 75, of Onawa, Iowa passed away Monday, September 26, 2022 at MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center, Sioux City, Iowa.

A memorial visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the Goslar Funeral Home Chapel, Onawa, Iowa. Burial will be held at a later date in the Graceland Cemetery, Blencoe, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Goslar Funeral Home and Monuments, Onawa, Iowa.

Nancy Marie was born May 12, 1947 in Onawa, Iowa, the daughter of John Oliver and Rose Marie (Wright) Perry.  She grew up in Onawa and attended Onawa High School.

Nancy and Everett were united in marriage October 23, 1965 at South Sioux City, Nebraska.  The couple was blessed with two children, Shelly and Brent.  Everett passed on March 19, 2011.

Nancy worked at Elmwood Care Centre as a Dietitian for twenty-four years. She enjoyed reading, and talking to friends and family. Nancy was an avid cat lover.

Survivors include her mother, Rose (Wright) Perry; a daughter, Shelly (Tim) Merritt of Sioux City, Iowa; a son, Brent Allen of Onawa, Iowa; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett E. Allen; father, John O. Perry; and brother, John E. Perry.
