Darren and Sarah most definitely lived up to their mission statement when they offered their services at the time of my Mom's death. They were caring and compassionate, yet very professional. We are very thankful to Darren and Sarah for helping us to create a meaningful tribute to Mom.

Darren and Sarah are both caring and professional. They put all the extra touches in that make a difference. They accommodated everything that the family asked for. They made the process easy and knew the ins and outs of the military funeral to honor our loved one. Is it right to look forward to working with them again? Because I am!

Rush Family Care Services has truly become part of my family for multiple generations! My first personal experience back in 1977 with my sister, Kim, left me with tender & caring memories, then as an adult with my grandparents, both Carl & Gaynell Dahl & most recently my mom, Marilyn Whitney. Doug & Darren are incredible! We all have suffered personal loss & endured extreme grief, Darren has shared with me a bit of his own heartbreak & I treasure that, I consider him a dear friend. Bless your entire staff for the love to express to all.

To my friend Betty Morgan and the family, I am so so very sorry for the loss of Jackie, he was a great guy a friend of mine, and at times did alot for me. Betty I remember coming to your house and having a glass of tea with you and Jack. I will always cherish the memories I have with you and Jackie Betty. If I can help in any way Betty with anything please let me know.

This has been a very difficult time for the our family. My father, H.C. "Newt" McCunn
passed away in September 2020, and now my mother, Carolyn McCunn, passed away in December 2020 - less than 3 months apart.. Without the support of Darren and Sarah again, I don't know what we would have done. They handled both funerals with complete dignity and respect. Darren and Sarah showed great professionalism and they made themselves available at all times for any questions or requests we had. Thank you so much for making this process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I want to offer condolences to Joanne, Bill's wife, and his children. Will offer prayers for him tomorrow at Mass.

Darren and Sarah were so comforting and kind in the loss of my father, H.C. "Newt" McCunn. They were so helpful and always were available at any time with the whole funeral and burial planning. They made it such a smooth experience with all of the details that come after the death of a family member. I am so glad that the town of Onawa has this wonderful service/facility. Darren and Sarah made everything so easy and were so helpful to my family and especially my mother Jolene Bennett after losing her husband. They went the extra mile and we cannot thank them enough for everything....they are the best!
